Gabrielle Riolo

Gabrielle was born and raised in Utah and will be the first to tell you she’s a homebody, and she owns it completely. As a legal assistant at CFG, what she loves most about coming to work every day are the people she works with. She’s warm, hardworking, and brings a genuine enthusiasm to helping clients get the best possible outcome for their situation.

Outside the office, Gabrielle is a self-described video game enthusiast with a deep love for paleontology documentaries that goes back to about age thirteen. She’s also a certified Swiftie, a lover of milk tea and boba, and an immature pool player. Her orange cat is, by her own account, the best cat in the world.

• Her hidden gem recommendation: Zacatecas, the Mexican grocery in Tooele, for snacks and antojitos
• She roots for the U of U; her dad is an alum, so there was never really a choice
• Apres ski without the skiing is her ideal mountain day: warm, cozy, and looking at the snow
