Mark W. Brown

A Utah native, Mark is a highly respected criminal defense attorney representing clients throughout Salt Lake County and across the state of Utah. Known for his thoughtful and principled approach, Mark works with each client, extending trust, sincerity, and compassion while expecting the same in return. Practicing in every criminal jurisdiction statewide, he has worked closely with nearly every prosecuting team and judge in the Utah Third District Court and has earned a stellar reputation as both a skilled negotiator and an effective litigator.
